Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Giftsghgift, we take pride in the quality of our business card printing services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your printed materials, we are committed to making it right.
Quality Issues
If you receive business cards with printing defects, color inconsistencies, or quality issues that differ from the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will:
- Review photographic evidence of the issue
- Reprint your order at no additional cost if the defect is our responsibility
- Provide expedited shipping on replacement orders
Proof Approval
Please carefully review your digital proof before approving it for production. Once you approve a proof, we print your cards exactly as shown. We cannot accept returns for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors present in the approved proof
- Design elements you approved but later wish to change
- Color variations within industry-standard tolerances
- Issues visible in the proof that were not addressed before approval
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are generally non-returnable:
- Custom printed materials that match the approved proof
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect information
- Products that have been used or distributed
- Orders cancelled after production has begun
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the shipping carrier and arrange for replacement printing at no cost to you.

To initiate a return or reprint request:

- Include clear photographs showing the problem
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days
Refunds
In cases where a reprint is not possible or practical, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
